^ if you don't switch arms one of them might get super jacked tho.

do different types of pushups. diamonds, wide, medium width. One of my buddies put an inch on his arms from doing pushups for a year.

Go buy the book convict conditioning. It's all about bodyweight training and building muscle without having equipment.

Buy a pull up bar for your door and do different grip pull ups. It will do wonders for your back and hit your bis and forearms...

If you got the $ buy some power blocks and an adjustable bench...

With those you can put together a solid routine in your garage...

Without any hardware or equipment it will be very hard to pack on any muscle. The only lifts you can really do is push ups and upside down pushups (for shoulders). Invest in an olympic bar and weights or some dumbbells and an adjustable bench and you can actually do some exercises that will get you results.

Is there any particular reason you can't join a gym or buy a weights set for your garage or whatever at least?
