    Muscle Twin Workout

    I dont know where to post this so i decided here LOL
    This one about compound movements
    I Dont if its Correct so i would like if anyone could advise if there correct ?.

    I'm subscribed to their videos. Their philosophy or statement is that if you're a geared athlete then do all the isolation movements you want, work out 3 hours per day, but for a natural athlete, get in the gym and OUT in about 45 minutes tops.

    Compound movements will obviously hit your biceps and triceps. And they do state near the end of this vid that you can always throw in a few sets of preacher curls for your peace of mind.

    So compounds for mass is the best and maybe 1-2 iso ex's I've been bulking my arms are now... Around but not much bigger
