wtf is wrong with you man?
Yesterday was the first cold day in awhile so I broke out some sweatpants which I haven't used in at least a year. Normally I use those gym shorts with the built in underwear and they're great for squats and deadlifts (I use normal shorts for upper body days). Needless to say, my sweatpants had no built in wang holder so I had to use some underwear.
Anyways, I was doing my second heavy set of 5 reps of deadlifts and on the 4th rep lowering the weight I felt a burning sensation right near my pelvic bone..definitely not normal so I let go of the bar and felt the area to see if it felt injured (I was worried I might have gotten a hernia). Couldn't feel anything so I go for the last rep and once again major burn on the way down (like a rug burn). I decide I better quit with the deadlifts and go to the rest of the workout and see if pain starts to develop (like from a strain or hernia).
I finish and go to the locker room and here is what I find...I forgot I nailed the wife earlier in the day and never cleaned up very well so all the pubes were matted together. they were all rolled up in the waistband of the underwear which was getting twisted when the weight belt pressed against it (going down on the deads) so I was eseentially pulling a handful of pubes out by the roots every time I went down. I laugh with a sigh of relief when I realize it's nothing serious...I do not want to miss time in the gym (already took my two weeks off recently).
So here's the takeaways from this story:
1-certain underwear and squats/deads don't mix.
2-Don't boink around on squat/dead day before the gym.
3-If you do boink around , shampoo the spooge out of the area so it doesn't turn into one giant plastered pube.
4-better yet trim that area up a bit so they can't all stick together.
So there you have it, an entertaining story with a moral...the brothers Grimm would be pleased.

(come to think of it, I always use one word when using it as a verb, but I digress). Thanks for the correction!
