
Hey guys, my name is James and Im from Belfast in Northern Ireland. Ive recently started training and thought I would post my training split and nutrition plan to see if you can give me any advice if im doing it correctly or incorrectly! My goal is Bodybuilding im now 25 and want to give it a good shot! Im currently 5 ft 5/6 and weight around 12stone thats 168 pounds! Iam looking to build muscle along with keeping my fat down, i know I will have to put on some fat but dont want to end up a blobnlol

Obviously I put abs in where i can usually 2 days per week. Also the days vary just with work for example sometime i may do two days weights then 2 days cardio. Just when I have the time put it is always weights 3 times a week and cardio 3 times also!
