did you mean stamina? Do more high rep sets with less rest in between sets. Your endurance will increase.

Are you cutting aggressively? Eg for a competition? Or just to lean out?

Hi rep / low weight is one approach to increasing the aerobic aspect of your training. Are you trying to build a bit as well? That will depend on a balance between your diet & your energy expenditure, but generally unless you're running a cycle or on a very optimized diet, cutting generally means you're going to lose some amount of muscle mass while dropping fat.

In terms of endurance - very simply your body can only respond based on the fuel you give it. That will be your first line of limitation. If you're cutting aggressively and specifically to drop fat, you're going to have a limit to your endurance. If you are just starting a change in how you train (e.g. from heavy/low rep to high rep) you're going to need some time to adapt to the change in training - that is just conditioning and it will come pretty quickly.

Thanks bro yh I'm cutting hard I mean carbs are around 130 to 150g .. My strange has gone I feel weaker for sure. .... I guess that's because I was 183 pounds in currently at 166 to 167 I was told by a very good sorce that doing heavy weights is the best while cutting low reps between 6 to 8 so I keep it at that I was just thinkin that Energy has just gone not so much in my head but in my muscle I just can't keep high reps ... Maybe it's just going to happin with my cutting ... Feel so small lol
