    Lat pulldowns with varying grips (overhand and underhand, closed and wide grips), DB rows with slow contractions and making sure to squeeze at the top of the movement.

    Could never get a good "pump" doing seated rows

    I don't do invidual work for my lats anymore, but when I did I would basically do what's pictured above. I would actually sit on the floor and lock my legs against the wall to help hold me down.

    Dumbell rows...cable pulldowns with one arm. Probably the closest you'll get really.

    single arm cable pull downs an bent over dumbell rows ....can u do lat pullover machine wit one arm ???? i dunno my gym doesnt have one aint been on one in a while might look kinda funny ha becareful if ya try id do it slow an controlled be pretty east to pull or strain a muscle prob

    One arm dumbell rows, one sided pullups. Or concentrate on pulling extra hard with the one that needs more work for about a month or two.
