I don't do invidual work for my lats anymore, but when I did I would basically do what's pictured above. I would actually sit on the floor and lock my legs against the wall to help hold me down.

Throw a v handled cable row over a pullup bar and pull yourself up to one side and down, then the other side and down.

single arm cable pull downs an bent over dumbell rows ....can u do lat pullover machine wit one arm ???? i dunno my gym doesnt have one aint been on one in a while might look kinda funny ha becareful if ya try id do it slow an controlled be pretty east to pull or strain a muscle prob

One arm lat rows (machine or dumbbell) and one arm lat pulldowns.
one arm stiff arm push down
One arm dumbell rows, one sided pullups. Or concentrate on pulling extra hard with the one that needs more work for about a month or two.
