    Training while bulking

    Quick question.

and while cutting what is a good time to be in the gym say 35 mins + 20 of cardio?

If really tryin to bulk and if you can do it 45-1hr...

On a cut about the same time in gym minus cardio, with less rest between sets. so it would end up at about 1.5 hr total.
    hate it or love it....

Bulking or cuttiing, my workout stays pretty much the same. Diet is really all that changes. I'm usually done in around an hour.
