Now this might sound stupid but I'm new so please forgive my ignorance. From what I understand with most arm muscles you want to stay around 6-9 reps but what about the forearm muscles? I wouldn't think it would be the same so can someone give me a idea of what to go for when training my forearms?
Yes, forearms, calves and abs seem to need higher reps to do the job, they seem to recover faster as well.
I would go for the 10-15 rep range for the best workout.
I don't bother training forearms. I never use straps and such so my forearms get pretty well developed and vascular from normal training of back and bis.

Sames goes for me Twin,
Back when I was training forearms though, the rope with the stick you wind up was the best for forearms IMO.
