no weights during this time.....just changing things up....honestly, it's because i've lost my lungs and ability to hold myself up during sex from all the tren this last year......i don't cardio either......

9703 reps to go (i'm choosing all these hands on chair seats and feet on ground allowing for great range for upper and also it allow me more freedom to squeeze my traps tighter).......

i won't be doing this EVERY day......sometimes a few days in a row....sometimes take a few days off.....hoping the 30th day there's not too many left......

I already do about 5000 reps a month, and that's just pushups (5 sets of about 35 reps spread throughout the day) in addition to what I do in the gym. Figure 150 reps in the gym on any given day (including warmups), 4 or 5 days a week adds another 2400-3000 reps a month.

So all I need to add is another 2000 reps?

    Ok... challenge accepted :-)

At 20 days a month in the gym, I need a total of 250 total reps each time I'm in the gym to hit 5000 reps in a month. So with the pushups I'll be doing 10,000.

Yesterday I tossed in 80 dips to get my total up.
