    Fasting Cardio on Tren

I've been thinking about taking it to the next level... Im on a cycle of
75mg test P 50mg tren A ED and I've been wondering about the idea of fasting cardio in the morning doing this... Upon waking consume a Protein Shake w/BCAA's&Glutamine and do a 20min KB swing workout Mild intensity...
Would this be a good idea? Assuming I have the lungs to KB
Im doing Doggcrap training 3days a week, and trying to nail cardio..

I have done Tren A with many cycles while doing Cardio. I generally get winded much quicker, sweat like crazy, and lower back pumps make me slow the pace.

You didn't state how much cardio you were looking to do but I would say 20-30 mins a day is okay but try to keep it a little slower. Keep in mind that everyone is different so take it day by day.

I used to do it, limited because my lung capacity was fucked, but you dont need much on tren and it is effective.

20 minutes on an inclined treadmill moderate walking pace or on a X-trainer.
