Maybe this would be a question better asked to the people who make the product.

A month ago I bought a 5 lb jug of synthia-6 from WorkoutEnergy.com. I have noticed gains in muscle mass and definition in that time. I am running low of synthia-6 using 2 servings per day. So my question is this...Is there any negative long term repercussions using no more than 3 servings/day with this product? I will sometimes have 1 serving mixed with milk, peanut butter, cup of oats, and rasberries for supper. Is that ok too? Thanks!

It's protein and a MR..... Answer= no. Take it as many x ed as you want.
hate it or love it....

any processed powder and supplements have so many artificial crap that can accumulate in different organs of your body is not good to take any of them in the long run. excess minerals and vitamins are also not good. give your body a break let it process what it has stored. use supplements for short periods and give your body a break between them.
remember your body is not designed to process these supplements it is designed to process natural food and trust me you will not loose any muscle and as long as you train hard you will keep gaining.

whole food is better. Stick to one to two shakes of it a day and eat food!
