My friend is completely into powerlifting and so for this Christmas I am trying to get him something that deals with powerlifting: DVDs, books, equipment, etc..Any ideas on what to get?

Haha, awesome. Or a chinese buffet.

Bands can be found pretty cheap so you could get him a decent variety. Depending on how strong he is, you'll want to check out the distance vs weight ratio. For example, EFS bands:

Gift cert is probably the best idea, but some people like giving actual items.

Cork, those band calibration charts are a godsend!

As for a gift, if you don't want go with the EFS giftcard, APT wraps have a ton of awesome PL related stuff - I have several sets of their wraps and they've stood up to a real beating.

Gifts make your day very special.Gifts like Cards,Flowers,Toys etc.
Gifts make people feel loved – and this applies not just to the receiver, but to the giver of the gift as well. Giving gifts is something special and it takes effort, time, and of course money on the part of the giver. If you are giving gifts, make sure that the receiver will be able to acknowledge and know that it is you who have given that item.
