I use cardio when bulking for coronary health and it increases my appetite as well. No sense being big if you aren't healthy.

Cardio is good for health so you should probably do it all the time. That said, I am too lazy to do cardio that often when I bulk lol

i found that doing cardio makes me feel better after workouts and for the rest of the week. i also feel as if it helps me get that last rep out. i think its a mental thing but ever since i added cardio ive gained more weight and more endurance. i also feel much better

There is no right or wrong answer here. It's just about how you feel

I like to do at least two days of cardio per week on days off from lifting. I try and make sure to keep my calories up. I want to have decent aerobic endurance year round.

    Do it all the time

You will need more cardio during cutting, but you should do some all the time because it's important for your health.

Some guys also use it to reduce stress and muscle tension.

You get mixed answers because really cardio has nothing to do with bulking nor cutting. It is a stand alone activity with other benefits. You can do loads of cardio and still manage to bulk great and you can be doing no cardio and cut. Most people assume that cardio is linked to cutting because it burns calories, but so does everything else, and the extra calories burned can easily be replaced with increased caloric intake with no effects on the bulk.

Cardio is needed for a healthy heart. I do only walking. 20-25 min at a fast pace. When on it getsmuch harder to make it for 20 min.
