Sure can....What exactly are your goals? What do you want to get out of it?

Are you looking to add muscle at the same time or do you need to focus on losing fat?

How advanced are you w/ boxing.

Could you tell us what you're doing now for boxing, cardio, weights?

My goals are to improve cardiovascular health, lose fat, and tone up my body. Muscle gain would be a bonus but fat loss is my main goal. I'm hoping to do it for a 4 month summer program and i should be able to workout 5-6 times a week. I should even be able to workout both in the morning and at night. BUT there is a possibility that i can only workout 3 times a week in the gym and the rest at home. At home i have a bag and a rope, no speed bag though. At the gym they have everything.

I'm not very advanced with boxing i used to box years ago but i forget most of it. I used to box causally (in otherwords just with a heavy bag or a sparing partner (dad or friend))

Right now i'm doing a bench press routine. I have 9 weeks left to go in it. I've been into powerlifting and bodybuilding for 3 years now. I'm looking for something new and exciting for the summer (like i mentioned before).

Thank you very much!!! I really appriciate your help W8lifter!!!!
