    mcl sprain..

been recouping from an mcl sprain for around 7 months..it's touch and go..at times i think i'm on the mend..and then..the slightest move will convince me i'm back a square one..

has anyone here had any experience rehabbing knee ligament injuries?

..i do a lot of balance work, step work, cycling etc,...

i have been doing research into aas as of late wondering if there would be any increase in recovery speed with additions..

i have done a couple very basic cycles in the past about a dozen years ago..have maintained good health since..

am just curious to see if anyone here has used aas to assist injury recovery????

i appreciate any feedback i can get.
