Cut in the middle of the chest

Ok so question the cut in the middle of the chest (I don't know if it has a name) is there a way you could make tighter? As mine is a fair split.

If you have the mass, it will appear. Use dumbbells for bench press instead of barbells, they allow your inner pecs to contract more.

try flat(or even incline) bench dumbbell presses. when you are pressing up rotate your elbows in slightly and concentrate that contraction between your sternum where your pecs attach.
It doesn't matter how you find the pot of gold, so long as you beat the leprechauns.

There is no easy answer to this question because it sounds like your problem is over all mass. Best recomindation train heavy if you can. Do dumbell for a complete range of motion and contraction in the chest. Oh yes and to the dip shit above me cabels are for outer chest. Wipe your pussy before you go to gym and train hard and leave the cabels for the end if you have some left over energy.

I've never understood how this sort of thing keeps going on and coming up. The middle of your chest pretty much looks like it always has looked. The less fat you have over it the more of it you get to see. It's as simple as that. It's merely the attachment points of your chest. Work your chest with good work and eat and rest. Then cut. or carefully do them both at the same time or whatever. There is no magic exercise to bring out the cuts in the middle chest. This is ALMOST like the middle and upper chest argument but this one is even weaker to me. It's like trying to work on bringin out the attachment point of where my bicep inserts into my radius. How would one attempt to do this, if they DID want to try for some reason? Working the biceps.

I'm not even exactly sure what you mean, but regardless, there are not exercises that can shape a muscle.

But you can add more mass to a muscle to fill it out. It sounds like he just needs more mass.

This is true. If he's talking about filling in the gap between the pecs, more mass may very well help. However, it will fill out with more or less mass depending on the individual.

Assuming you have enough mass, it depends strongly on genetics. The best way I've found to fight it is do incline dumbbell chest presses. Works wonders for the inside of your chest and will make the line go almost all of the way up.
