    Question Abs, mass

What's up, y'all. Well, I'm pissed. I've been trying a new ab routine that is supposed to cut them and pop out the eight pack to the point that I can use them to pick up a suitcase with them, but it ain't workin. I'm tight as a drum, but no definition. Any suggestions to get my abs, especially mid and lower, to pop are very appreciated (i.e. reps, excercises, routines).

Also, I have big events coming up, and I want to put on more mass pretty quick. I hate to spark a war here, but anyone have a routine that they think is the one for puting on muscle? Thanks fellas.

You need to work with RESISTANCE. I do my crunches with a 100 lb dumbell on my chest! You need heavy rope crunches. You should be reaching failure at 8-10 reps. To build thick abs, train them just as you would any other muscle...heavy with good form!
