Well Im an idot.. now implementing poundage progression

So after really revisiting my workout habits I really havent been tracking my workouts or adding weight. Ive been curling 25s for years and pressing 45s for years!

Will poundage really make a huge difference in my lack of gains?? I hope so cuz I've become really frustrated?

I am very good with nutrition so I don't need to worry about that aspect. Hopefully, this is the problem and hopefully it will come quick... or quicker

Makes a huge difference, get ready to start seeing gains, but remember to add the pounds slowly. And you won't go up in pounds every week, but you may be able to add a rep to your sets.

Even though you say you do, make sure you got nutrition down pat! You're not gonna gain unless you're eating more calories than you burn.

The absolute most important component of any exercise program is progression. If you don't increase the difficulty of the workout, you will stop trying to adapt. You should be trying to make every workout more difficult, unless it's a planned decrease in volume/intensity intended to promote progression in the future.

If you do the same thing for years, you'll look the same for years. My sister's legs didn't get any bigger from the 25 years of walking she's been doing.
