Thread: How is this possible: Getting jacked in prison

Getting jacked? Doesn't that mean getting raped?

Sorry, I didn't check out the latest prison slang, use the bodybuilding slang of jacked. Anywho.... "getting big, bulking, etc."

LoL, they steal as many eggs and beans as possible, supposedly this makes for much bad gas. They will take from other inmates, or break in to steal the rest, or volunteer for kitchen duties etc.

I read this in a story from Phiber Optik, who spent 2 years I believe in a federal prison, for a phone phreak gig that was pretty big.

Damn those animals eat better then most Americans. have the better health care then any of us working stiffs and have better drug connections in there then anyone out here. So Steroids are there for the asking and a pack of smokes. I say take all their training equipment away and go back to bread and water for them. I can't believe this governement takes better care of them then our own poor families that do the best they can. Makes me sick.

There are alot of people that believe that taking away thier weights (some prisons have done so), was taking away the only productive thing they were doing.

I dont know enough about the situation to really comment, as for each inmate costing $60k a year to support or whatever, thats the government for you. $550 lightbulbs anyone? $700 toilet seat?

Mudge I'd have some choice words for those "people" your speaking of and yes I've heard that swan song before. My arguement is this... How does thier lifting weights make them more "productive" and help with rehabilitation?? It like anything else,, you and I train to be fit and healthy and look good. The animals pervert "everything" they touch. They take something like weight training to use in a destructive manner. To make themselves more intimidating in the "yard". To make them bigger and stronger then the guards. Bro the LIberals want to make them "more productive"?? Take away the weights and give them a Library and an education. (which they already have by the way,, not an education but the library that is).

The inmates get 3 nutritional squares a day, then they steal eggs, meat, etc from the kitchen. They also "muscle" weaker inmates for thier rations. Then they get canteen where they can buy pretty much everything you can find in a grocery store. Tuna, etc. Finally, alot of these guys say scam the dietician for a medical diet which includes "ensure" meal replacement drinks, which they down like crazy. Or if they can't scam it from dietician, they muscle it from a sick inmate.


I agree, we should take away thier weightlifting equipment. Why are we allowing them to become more efficient criminals, that can fight the officers, inmates and public more easily.

Oh, I almost forgot! All they do is sit around all day and lift weights and laze around. Basically, if you know what you're doing, it's a great place to put on some size!

I just realized something...........Ever wonder why MMAfiter works in a prison? He must like it for some reason.

i have wondered to myself how guys get big in prison, it is possible that they have steroids tohugh. i mean, think about this, take sex convicts and make there test. levels even higher. THEN you've really got a problem.

They do have steroids in prison, trust me. Those guys will "hoop" just about anything during a visit with thier girlfriends.

Guys like IPMC on the other hand, hoop stuff just for the fun and adventure.

Deca was used, and may be still used (???) as chemical 'castration.'
