    Leg Day with Leah Gifford!

Just did this leg workout with Fitness Competitor Leah Gifford. This is what hard functional training looks like! The "no pink dumbbell zone" rules were in effect!!!!!

Quite an interesting video. At 3:26 things get extremely interesting. I always wondered what those bands were for at my gym, I suppose that's one way to use them.

Are you confusing TRX suspension trainer for elastic style bands common in many gyms, or just referring to the TRX as a "band" in the generic sense?

I'm using the word "band" in a general sense.. the ones at my gym are indeed TRX "bands" - or suspension trainers.

Ah, got it. There's a lot you can do with a TRX. A great tool in the tool box. Have had one in my basement for years as part of a simple home gym when I can't get to gym, etc.
