You know, I'm not sure what it's called, but I remember using it at FSU's leach center. It's one helluva machine!
there's a very popular leg machine in my gym that i'm not familiar with. i was hoping you guys might know some more...
it reminds me of a sort of backwards hack squat machine. you walk forward and face into it. the pads rest on your shoulders and you're at a bit of a slant/downward angle.
makes me think of what guys use at football practice (sleds?)
it's basically a squat type motion but the angle is a bit different and you face into it. (it's uses plates). maybe more like a front squat?
anyone know what i'm talking about and what it's called etc?
thanks!

I use that for calves, and I've been calling it a "front squat" machine, but it does remind me of the football stuff which I've often seen as only air pressure resistance devices for developing "explosive" power.

would you think it's similar to front squats in that it's a bit more quad emphasis than a regular squat? thanks! i'm going to try it tonight.
