Help With Standing Military Press Weights

I am embarking on a new workout program, the 5-3-1.
It calls for me to use as one of my big lifts Standing Barbell Military Press.

    I have never done this.
Instead, I usually do seated DB Military Press.
    Normally I do:

    55X8, 50X10, and 40X8.

My bench max is 240, and for close grip bench I normally try to work 145X8.

So if doing 5, 3, or 1 reps, what would you figure would be a good weight guess?
Do you think I should guess a working range or max out first, and if maxing out, what do you figure would be a good guess?

See when maxing out for the 5-3-1 you are supposed to do it as follows:
    40%X5, 50%X5, 60%X5, 80-85% of 1RM for however many.

So even if I max, I got to have some "guessing" starting point.

Just go do some and work up and see how much you can do 4 times. 4 times is equal 1 rep max minus the percentage he likes you start at.
