I think they're referring to skull crushers, which are also called french presses.
hey, i was looking at this tricep workout and one of the things was headcavers. i was just wondering what these things are and how to do them. also i have a few more : hammer curls, concentration curls, and bent over rows. thanks guys, ill post the new workout im thinking about doing later.

for the head cavers/skulls....watch your elbows! that movement seems to stress them alot, esp if ya use heavy weight.
hammers get part bi and forearm....its not an iso movement...
concentration curls...are great! make sure you dont swing back too much, keep strict...utilizing the isolation that excer gives.


Yep, learn to do it so that it doesn't bug the elbows, my left one is a little picky about positioning. Dont try to keep the elbows in like some poeple, just leave them in a natural shoulder width or so distance.

Do you guys do concentration curls on your knee, as shown above, or on the pastor...uh..minister...er...that bench thingy? I've always had a tough time with hyperextending my elbow...feels like its tearing the ligaments/tendons apart.
Concentration curls should be done as shown above, if your doing them on the preacher, they're not the same unless your using the part of the preacher thats 90 degree angle to the floor.
