Thanks for you advice last year, I took it and stayed natural. Went from 130 to 165 in just over a year just diet and training. My goal is 180 or more of coarse.
If you could give me some good routines for back, legs and shoulders that would help me out alot. I already grabbed your chest routine. Thanks again.
