    help with legs routine

Ive just recently started working my legs please tell me what yawl think of this legs routine:

    45 degree leg press: 3x8

    leg extension: 3x8

    lying leg curl: 3x8

standing calf raise: 3x8 (is this enough sets and reps for calves?)

    sitting calf raise: 3x8

next week ill be starting squats, firstly with just the bar just to get proper form.

also i want to start doing the hacklift machine, wat are your opinions?

Good basic routine, but needs more hamstring work. As for squats and hack squats....alternate them from workout to workout. Also, try doing extensions at the beginning of your workout every few weeks.

    -squats or hack squats...3 x 8-12
    -leg press...3 x 8-12
    -extensions...2 x 12-15
    -lying leg curl...3 x 8-10
    -stiff deadlifts...2-3 x 8-10
    -standing calf raise...2-3 x 8-10
    -seated calf raise...2-3 x 12-15

Looks good to me except your not squating. Don't be a sissy and squat.
