you should try the after- burn sometimes: that is superset press and flies but do the flies before then do the bench press this way you feel the press working your chest before your triceps get tired. but do that from time to time like every 3 chest workouts.

cool man i thought the same even i do those flies before the barbell when i do my cibergenic routine super set chest is very painfull but i love it..

Or do pre exhaust sets where you do flys first then bench or do extentions then do presses or squats.
