Well I just finished my first test cycle, put on ten pounds, now running Letro before nolva. The problem is I haven't worked out in almost a week, and I'm afraid it may be longer....reason is I'm a senior in college and the semester is ending in one more week and then finals, but the two weeks before I've been stuck with work and a lot of term paper to finish up.
I might be able to sneak into the gym today for a quick workout, but idk when the next time I'd be free.
How should I do my workouts for these two weeks???
Two or three full body workouts each week. Keep it simple; use squat, dead, bench, row, and an overhead pressing movement.
Something like this:
Workout A: Squat (100%), Bench (100%), Row (100%)
Workout B: Squat (60% of A), OHP (100%), Chin (100%), Dead (100%)
Workout C: Squat (80% of A), Bench (80% of A), Row (100% of A)
Or this:
Workout A: Squat (100%), Bench (100%), Row (100%)
Workout B: Squat (60% of A), Dead (100%), OHP (100%)
Workout C: Squat (80% of A), Bench (80% of A), Chin (100%)
or this:
Workout A: Squat (100%), Bench (100%), Row (100%), Chin (100%)
Workout B: Squat (70% of A), Bench (70% of A), Dead (100%), OHP (100%)
For either one, do 5 sets of 5 with your chosen weight for the day after warming up.
You will spend between 30 minutes and 1 hour in the gym. For your situation, The 2nd option will probably be the quickest and the best.
Good luck to ya...I know how work and school can interfere. Just ask yourself when it's time to hit the gym..."How bad do I want it?" That can really motivate you to get in there. Besides, an hour or so break from studying to blank out your mind and focus on just moving the iron is nice for mental health and stress relief.

two ways of doing it. either go to the gym 3 times a week but for a short period of time maximum 40 minutes do two muscles ....or go only once a week with full body and spend 90 minutes. i think the first option is better (if your gym is not far) this will lift your spirit (especially after stopping your cycle) and will put you in a good mood for your exams

If you did not have a solid plan in place for PCT, then you never should have started cycling...
I'm in law school right now and I WISH I had the free time as an undergrad.... Trust me, you need to try and just practice on time management. I used to have a daily planner and have every hour planned out from the moment I woke up until I went to sleep.

seriously? you cant take 30 minutes a day to go and lift? what a joke and waste or gear. You say you don't have time but i can tell you're one of those people who don't like to lift unless your own something. say good bye to all your gains...

well when you have finals, papers, projects to do and maintain a 3.7 in my last year in undergrad...it takes a bit more time to do.

what a waste!
yea you know me sooooo well, ive been lifting for years, since i was 16, and this is my first cycle....YOUR BRILLIANTTT!!!!
-----------------------------------------
for a first cycle of test i planned on putting on more than 10lbs, granted thats a lot when uve been at your natural peak for about a year and a half...but from what ive been reading, i was expecting a lil more
on a side note, i loved the side effects (besides the gyno)
btw thats a great video, i saw it awhile ago, forgot about it, i SHOULD make that a good morning daily watch with breakfast!
It is a good one, eye opener for those "what the fuck am I going to do" moments. With the general point being IF you want it bad enough you'll find a way If not then you obviously didn't want it that bad or as bad as you thought you did. You have 2 high priority things going on college and physical fitness. 1 obviously trumps the other whether you just came off cycle or not. Take the suggestions on routines given and fit it in somewhere until you get done here with your papers and finals. College is your life bbing is not. Now I'm sure a flame or two will come in "bbing is everything, it is my life" blah blah blah, yeah I get it but if you honestly can't swing both you'd be a damn fool to compromise college study time/paper writing ect ect simply cause you don't want to lose your drug gains. Chalk it up as a lesson learned. Would you be happier with maintaining the 10lbs of cheat muscle with a C or worse on finals or losing it and maintaining or improving that 3.7. Now yes I'm replying giving you the bennefit of the doubt that you're an all eve/night study guy; now if the reality is you're not and you were looking for that quick fix with gear and now just want to maintain cause you dont really have the dedication than quite frankly...piss on ya find somthing else and call it a hobby this isn't for you......
I am in the same boat bro. We still need to find time to workout. I make note cards and take them to the gym. One min looking at my notes every set adds up.
