My biggest problem right now is my diet, I'm still eating right but I haven't gotten over all the sweets from christmas yet it seems and can't stop buying cookies.

I feel you on that homey

Right now, Im trying to come to grips with the transition in my diet from bulking to maintenance.. I REALLy wanna to a mad reduction in cals, but I know thats not the answer..

WHat Im frustrated w/ is my arms and my chest.. I got decent growth from my bulk, but now that Im trying to get my bf in order.. it seems like they are the first to go, u know what I mean?

My biggest fear is at the end of march, I'll get my bf in order, but my arms and chest will be BURRLY notciably different, if not the same as when I started..

My "easy" bodyparts are my legs and traps.. DEMMIT.. watch.. Hell will pay if the only thing that got bigger from this bulk were my legs and my traps.. then I'll win the title of Mr. Disproportion Central California, 2003

My most stubborn muscles are my calves but since starting weighted calf raises i've seen some really good results.I use the smith machine and stand on a wood box(put a 45 on the other end for balance)

I also would have to say my calves, they never seem to get any bigger. And my chest is a pretty slow grower as well

My attitude has gotten better, (yeah right) the diet is back on track, but my body basically sucks right now. I've got the disproportional title wrapped up for the East Coast.
Looks like I'll be on a cut for at least...... five years....
