My honest opinion is that it sucks, sorry.
-Your working out 5 days in a row
-The first three are major muscle groups
-You've got 14 sets for shoulders, a small muscle group that gets worked with back and chest
-Your doing more for Bi's than tri's even though Tri's make up 2/3 of your arm size.
There's more but those are the biggies.
Have you been doing something like this? Are you doing 5 day in a row workouts now? if so, hows it going?
