    you may want to check out the diary section to see what others are doing, see whats working or not working.

    What kind of experience do you have (how long have you been lifting? Age? )
    What are your goals, to put on muscle, sport related?
    What days can you, do you want to work out on?

    Need more info.

    my stats

    i turned 15 in december, and im 5' 7"(shoes off) and about 128 pounds. i kinda lift for football but i dont just wanna get stronger, i wanna look good for the girls. ive been working out since about the start of november. ive gained about 10 pounds and most of my lifts have gone up. im willing to workout 5 days a week, but not on sunday, and preferably not on saturday. so basically monday through friday 1-1 and a half hours a night. and tnhe maybe do a little cardio to.

    pretty much everything about my training and eating is alread yin my diary though, its called "gaining for the gridiron" in the diary section.
