What doesn't kill us
makes us strong
impressive...
i just want to get myself in better shape all around. lose body fat, increase size and strength, and increase indurence and speed. i play a lot of softball and i'm only 5'9". i need as much power as i can pack on my little frame. can't compete with a 6' monster power hitter if your small and don't hit the gym hard. hard work=more play......
i'll just have to see how much i can accomplish by april.... but it sure is fun now....
heres what i want to do...
1. i want to be able to bench at least 200 by football season.
2. take my 40 time down to at least 4.9
3. i want to try to make it to 165 or 170 in body weight. 155-145 now.
4. i want to increase my overall mental and physical heath and well-being and have a good physique to i can feel a little better about myself.
5. id like to be strong enough to where i can put up for my own actions and defend myself unlike ive been in the past.
6. lastly id want to do this because i want to be able to live to see my children and my grandchildren and make sure they have a happy life and have a happy family and that i have one too.
thats why i want to do this.
