Not sure what you're asking, but as far as mass building heavy presses, flat and decline for chest.
What are some ways i can whip my chest into good form. Reason being is thats the muscle group i lack in. I'm going to be cutting in the next few weeks, so i need to figure out a good chest plan. And one that will do the job. Thanks

Not sure what you're asking, but as far as mass building heavy presses, flat and decline for chest.
KEY - make sure you don't try and lift too much weight and compensate for it by rounding the shoulders and pressing with your front deltoids. Be sure to be in "scapular set" when doing any presses for the chest
Scapular set - shrug shoulders up (like shrugging), then pull the shoulders blades together like when your rowing, and finally depress the shoulders as far downward as possible...then press....this will take the front delt out of the picture to be sure you develop your cheast and not your shoulders.
This is a very common problem among beginners especially when trying to increase poundages!

Thanks for the help fit-freak and everyone else. If you have any other ideas for me to get my chest more ripped let me know. I'm just figuring it's time for me to do it now since i'm going to be cutting soon.
