I do them on chest days frequently. I try to lean more forward if I can. I'm not that good at them, but I am able to add weight. On tricep days I do them as well. I lean back more, or I do them on a bench .."bench dips"...I prop my feet up on one bench an hold myself up on another and lower myself in between the benches...I place the weight in my lap for these...just be careful and don't crush your nuts!![]()
