arms shaking while lifting
well, was sick last week so i could'nt lift
so i go back to lifting today, when I was doing the tricept press down, my arms was shacking like crazy. it also happened to me when i was doing my bench what the hell is causing this, i hope its not a serious problem i've had this problem before, even times when i wasnt sick. is there any way to stop this? i stretch pretty well before i left, btw |

was your form still good?
whenever i come back to the gym after not having been for a few weeks, i find i shake a bit when lifting. muscles just arent use to the exercise. |

Your stabilizers are weak and just need primed back up, it'll take about a week to bounce back don't worry.
