    olympic dumbell question

    hi i haev a question


    Do Olympic weight plates fit on olympic dumbells?

    like olympic weight plates that slide on a barbel will they fit on a dumbell or is there some sort of special olympic plates for olympic dumbells

    olympic weights have all around 2" diameter hole and are suited for all kinds of olympic bars barbell or dumbell although olympic dumbells are not very popular for training since their size make them uncomfortable for training

    so normal olympic weight plates will fit on olympic dumbells? i used to work in coal mines and hauled ass daily i dont mind discomfort.

    yes they fit if they are "OLYMPIC"

    there are no true olympic dumbells ...the term olympic is used only to refer to the diameter size of the part where the weight goes and the way it is manufactured (the weight bearing part of the bar can rotate freely independently from the bar)
