Hey Howdy :] Bulking plan

Hey everyone. How ya'll doin? Long time no post, eh? I can't believe i remembered my pass, hehe.

I've been working out mainly for strength and endurance. I've noticed a huge increase in strength [went from 70 on incline bench to 160. 10lb bicep curls to 30. Hooah! :] Might not seem like much to all you, but hey, it is to me ], but i have no noticable increase in bulk.

i want to put on the bulk right now.
I just cant think of a good plan.

My equipment:
Station w/ : Incline bench, lat pull downs, cable thing for dead lifts, flys.
Free weights
Bench [ i dont liek to use the bench, as that requires a spotter, which i dont have.].

If anyone has any tips/good workouts for putting on the pounds, let me know please :]

Bulking/cutting is all about Diet, if your current routinee is working then you have no reason to change that.

Welcome back

Cool

I heard idle mention of 'powerlifts' or 'powersets'. Somethign to that effect. Supposed to really add the bulk like nothing else. What can you tell me about that?

its nice to be back

to gain mass keep it simple, utilize compound exercises, train heavy, stay in the 4-6 rep range, consume 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, eat adequate calories, get plenty of rest.
people always want to complicate this unnecessarily.

Compound excercise: Any excercise that utilizes two or ore joint
movements. (think squats, deadlifts,
military press, etc., most non isolation
excercises)

You can't cut out squats. If you aren't doing them, then you are severely hurting your odds of bulking. Squats seperate the men from the boys in my opinion. If you leave out squats, then you need to do deadlifts.
