perhaps you should post up your macros instead of just what foods you eat. If your problem is with gaining weight we would be able to give you better advice if we knew HOW much you eat, not what you eat.

at your age it is sometimes hard to pack on weight unless you want to overeat and become fat...my son is 18 , he eats crap and he has a six pack and stays thin ..
so my advice is not to concentrate on supplements or food , you seem you are eating fine..you would rather concentrate on how to use that food
to grow bigger muscles..that is how you workout and how much you rest. so tell us about your workout routine it might help and remember bigger muscles will come with age so be patient.
and be careful about injury sometimes the quest for getting bigger leads to injury.

Your shit has the consistency of wet tar, I like sprinkling of peanuts and carrots, the odour is a little pungent, but should settle with age

Post up what you're eating in carbs, fats, protein.

If you don't know how many calories you ate that's your first problem. You need to eat more... how much more, well no-one knows cause 3000 isn't alot by alot of standards. But I'm betting you don't really know and by the time a few days has gone by you're at an average that's too close to maintenance. And you're probably working out too goddam much like every other 17 year old who thinks they are invincible. Post your workout too if you get time.

at your age you are still developing. you cant do much on a chicken and brown rice diet, and not good to mature. i know you have more but dont worry about eating clean. you need a wide variety of all foods.

it is time to start a split routine and vary you sets, variation is important. what you are already eating is good but don't be a tight ass on your diet. eat some carbs 1 hour before the gym. and again you are only 17 be patient don't hurt yourself by trying too hard, your workout seems to be a recipe for hurting yourself your bones are not fully formed yet so concentrate on form and technique rather on weight. Postpone your goals of 400 deadlift and 300 bench etc... leave these goals for later years, just build your body slowly and safely for now.

I think you'll see more results by iso training. granted keep in the big 3 (squat, some form of chest press ie incline/flat, and either deads or SLDL)

Delts- make sure you hit all 3 delt heads
Tris- make sure you train all tri heads
Quads- train all sides of the quad

IF you do not understand how to do this, i highly recommend you torrent FST-7 Defined. There is a lot of great info in there on exactly how to isolate each part of every muscle group.
