Warm up: 1 mile run, 30 pull ups, 50 situps, 30 hands off deck push-ups.
Workout:
245 pounds
5 deadlifts and 5 burpees=1 set. time how long it takes to get 10 sets. Took me 9 minutes and threw up immediately after
