Post My Plan, How Can I make It Better?

    My Workout & Diet Plan

Hello, I know this is NOT the diet forum but I wanted to post both diet and workout together and this seems like the best place to post it.

    My info:
    Gender: Male
    Age: 18
    Hight: 5 ft 10
    Weight: 140lb

My workout plan and diet plan was designed by very good bodybuilders on this forum and was designed for me because I can make the time to exercise 5 times a week.
I workout all different parts of the body in the first 4 days of the week and then the extras like abs and forearms are done on friday, the weekend is rest days (sat/sun)

    My diet:
Morning: 1/2 cup oats 1 cup skim milk with splenda
Lentils or eggswhites, some sort of protein with bit of complex carbs pre workout.
    Banana (15mins before workout)
    WORKOUT
Protein shake (2 scoops with water) - 40g protein
1 hour later some sort of carbs with protein for example some more lentils or 2 tuna sandwiches with whole grain bread.
Bit later some more protein with less ammount but a bit of complex carbs
Bit later some sort of meat
Bit later I dont know if I should go with the cottage cheese or a protein shake with 1 scoop of whey in it.

    I try aim for about 2500-2700 cals 70g fat 250g carbs and 250g protein, at a 40/40/20 ratio carb/pro/fat.

Will this work? will I bulk at a nice speed following this way of living? If you have any recomendations please say how I can make it more effective, Should I take the whey in the morning or night, dont want to take at both times because I dont want to go through it all fast, I could have egg whites in the morning but not sure if it will be the same.

Again, sorry for posting this on the training but I get more advice when I post here.

    Thanks

25 to 30 grams of whey works exceptionally well first thing in the morning after a fast then follow it up with your regular breakfast.
