we got a 1st time cutter here

in the next couple of weeks im gonna cut for the first time in my life. im not a newbie or anything, been lifting for about 4-5 years. anyways i have some questions regarding getting ripped. i wanna do this right and im a lil fearful of losing my hard earned mass, so here goes:

-what type of training program should be used? would gopros routine be alright?

-cardio,when, how long and how often?

-fat burners, whats a good one to take and when is it ideal to take it?

i already know bout supplementing with glutamine and stayin away from too much complex carbs. and any other good tips would be appreciated. thanx in advance!

Yeah. Thanks DP, I was looking for similar info, but didn't want to repeat "cliché" questions (as I know some people can get aggreviated, hehe).

If you've got a heavy bag, they are really nice cardio workouts. I gotta set mine up again :[
