    Ab workout need help

Ok, I have a decent ab workout but I have leveled off.
I work abs 6 days a week and do
4 sets of weighted vertical leg lifts
    4 sets of oblique situps
    4 sets of decline situps
4 sets of weighted decline crunches

My question is should I do more? or should I switch to every other day?

I don't know I think he needs to add in the Ab-dominator 2000 for about 30 minutes a day and maybe some ab-dominable burnouts after that. Twice a week he should do 180 minute total ab-bliteration routine to hit the top ab heads, mid ab heads, lower ab heads, and any other unknown abdominal parts he might have missed.

Don't forget to punch yourself in the guts repeatedly every other day for about 5 minutes every hour every day.

p.s. almost forgot don't forget to hit the biceps...maybe superset biceps and abs.

If you've got that much energy left after lifting, go lift some more or lift heavier. Or if you're trying to "reveal" your abs do some swimming or cardio to burn some fat. You could have abs that would put the incredible hulk to shame but if your bf% isn't there it won't matter.

I like swimming because it helps with recovering from the workout in addition to being great cardio. Just do about 15-20 minutes before hittin' the jacuzzi.

I rarely do any ab work in the gym..maybe 3-4 sets of rope pulldowns and that's it. When I want more ab work I would do it in the morning when I wake up and save the gym for serious stuff.

The best thing you can do for your abs is change your diet....Low sodium less than 1000mgs daily. And make sure your drinking a gallon of H20. Cut off carbs for dinner and late night. You'll have a six pack by accident. Watch

you can replace some sets by leg raises. supersetting sit ups with leg raises
    is very effective.
you can do abs 6 days a week at first for a month but not so many sets. then as you get in shape you do them 3 times a week but extensively each time.if you want a 6 pack you must loose the fat if you have any.

Best thing you can do for your abs is to do a cleanse/detox to get rid of harmful toxins then change your diet to a fat burning one...

Best thing you can do is to do a cleanse/detox first and get rid of all those harmful toxins, then you can start a fat burning diet. Abs are 85% nutrition bro. Crunches aren't going to reduce your BF
