    Can You Help Me Please?

I am new to bulking and have been doing ALLOT of Research, I have read loads and loads of threads and learnt allot, I have asked a few questions too and have got very very helpful advice.
I had read a thread when I first started which said the best workout routine for a beginner would be push, pull and leg 3 day split, I was planning on following that but it was made for someone else, I am wondering would it be more benefitial for me to do something like 3 days of full body workouts? I dont mind spending all week in my gym but I know the body needs rest, I have:
    Monday(morning 7am-11pm)
    All day Tuesday
Wednesday Night(Not As Energetic on the night so something small could fit in here)
    Friday Full Day
    Saturday Full Day
    Sunday Full Day

They are the days I have available for my workouts like I said I would be happy if I could do something small like abs on wednesday because I feel more energetic in the morning 1 hour after breakfast.

I have access to a barbell and a bench at the moment, I will be geting dumbells soon and have LOADS of weights.
If I could I would like a workout where I am in the gym allot so I know that my muscles are actualy being torn apart because doing a 3 day split just doesnt feel good, I mean I get a nice workout but I know its not the best I can do, I have the energy to do more but I dont want to overdo it and not give the muscles enough rest to repair themselves.

I am about 10 and a half stone and my height is about 6 foot and my body fat estimate is about 14%, I am also 19 years old male, sorry about the estimated hight and body fat% I havent measured myself.

EDIT: just wanted to add, I have never really worked out much but had a physical job but due to bad nutrition I lost the muscle I had too and now am just left with fat and little muscle, I can only lift small like bench 90lb and deadlift 150lb I think the bench was bad because of the form but I am workoing on it.

The main reason I want to do more than 3 days is because I have energy and feel like I am wasting time when I am siting around doing nothing even tho I know I can be lifting weights...is there no possible way to do a split workout routine without overdoing any one muscle group? I have the determination and the energy and dont want to be wasting time if I know I could be lifting.

Just wanted to add, I was doing a 4 day split in the past and felt great, the routine wasnt so great because there was little things that I did not know like shoulders being done on a day after chests and biceps after a day with back, just silly mistakes but I still recovered from it, I changed it because I heard that beginners gain more on 3 day workouts but I feel like I am better on more days since I have the energy and can recover, I just need your help designing a 5 day split for me please, something where I could take thursday off and do something small on wednesday.
Also do you know how I should be eating? I felt asthough I could lift more on higher carbs but not sure how much protein I should be consuming, people have been saying I should be haing 1g/body weight others day 2g/bodyweight.

You can do the split still but just increase weight and how many sets you do. I'm telling you. Of you do a push pull routine well enough you almost can walk out of the gym your so tired. I however do a split that is just back then just chest. Biceps and triceps. Legs and shoulders.
