    Haha I am not the biggest fan of the FULL routine, however they are on to something with the "hellcentric" movements.
    I incorporate them in my incline bench and a few other workouts, very intense.

    Applying that extra negative pressure and having to resist it puts a great strain on the muscle, remember don't be afraid to max out those negatives and get a spot on the upward motion. Gotta kill it

    aight will do i just don't like how it hits other parts more than others like 1 bicep exorcise a week? when you kill shoulders

    my training partner and i add hell raiser for added intensity every once and awhile. we felt like it was to much to consistently do
