    Question

So on leg days my form and range of motion lag!
I can not seem to find boxers that do not get tight around
my thighs and restrict blood flow and motion. Are briefs
my only choice or does someone have an opinion?

If i posted this in wrong place i apologize, but this does
pertain to blood flow and range of motion.

Dude there is no way boxers can cut off that much circulation. If they are you aren't buying the right size.

But for what it's worth my old roommate swore by wearing bikini cut undies to lift in. You might gives those a shot.

I've had that problem. Just buy some that are flexible at the bottom or get some siccors and cut a slit on the bottom side of them.

Could always get some speedo's . I have had the same type of problem before. I usually just drag out some old boxers from when I used to be a fat ass that are a size or two too big. I haven't had any circulation issues but it can be a little uncomfortable sometimes.

    Shorts on leg day!?

I recommend you put another 90lb on your deadlift bar, scrape all the skin off your shins, bleed all the way to Walmart, buy yourself some pants & try it again going Commando!

I hate squatting in underwear. Non-stretchy boxers bust my balls, briefs get stuck in my sweaty ass-crack and stretchy boxers roll up my thighs 'til I feel like I'm in Depends!

Just don't look too long when the local Hottie is doing jumping jacks! No "pointing" in the gym!
