    Lower gut giving me issues

    I work my a$$ off in the gym and in the kitchen but it just stays the same. obvisouly need to change something. anyone got success stories and what they did thanks

    Maybe you should post your stats, what your diet is like (total calories/day and macros (protein-fats-carbs)) and also your workout routine.
    You won't get any miraculous stories here, but a lot of people will help you out

    Still I don't see anything related to your diet. Losing fat is mostly about calorie intake vs calorie expenditure.
    Go to fitday.com ,
    track your nutrition for 2-3 days and come back with the macros

    i have been eating at a calorie deficit under maintenance tho

    I can tell you from experience that it's very easy to underestimate your calories unless you keep a good track.

    I've got to say the Intermittent fasting worked very well for me. It's tough to get use to but after the beginning its ez-coasting.
