    it looks legit and i actually tried a couple sessions but i just dont feel like it would work long term

    have done similar stuff where the spotter push down on negatives and (sometimes blocs the positive half way to push down forcing you to a negative)
    it works great but is not to be done on each work out i would do that for one week then wait 2-3 weeks to do that again.
