    Post Pull-ups

How many of you incorporate these into your workouts?

And how do you do them?

I extend my arms all the way, little or no bend in my arms. I don't hang there, that puts too much strain on the joints though.

I just don't see the workout when people only bring their arms to a little under 90- degree angle.

Weeeeeeee.......I benched 135 5 times today...keep in mind I'm a skinny ass white boy who weighs 140 lbs. Feeling the flow...

I stop just before my arms are straight and pull back up. I try to NEVER lock out with any movement. The most important thing I believe with pull ups is to control yourself so that you do not swing. When you pull up also tip your head back. It's almost like a sqaut, keep your head up. And yes this is part of my routine. I include them as a warm up.

I use to start my back work out with 50 reps of pull-up. (do them until I got 50, as many sets as it takes) But since I injured myself like a dip sh*t. (no spotter, long story) I now do up to 30 reps and working my way back up. ( got to heal)
