Question Playing catch-up after missed days

Does anyone else do this? I think its a retarded habit that i have and cant seem to break away from. Lets say i miss 2 days straight of training, come day 3 i feel guilty and i freak out. so i'll hit 4 muscle groups and call it even. but i know im selling myself short because im not hitting each group as intensely that way. Anyway, just trying to get an idea of what most people do after brief lazy bouts.

If I'm being a lazy Jew, I'll do a full body SFW twice a week... Hangover ensuing...more beneficial than just sucking myself off

Welcome back btw... I hear you're getting TwisTs job in the worthless placebo section

That would be super actually. Id dish out advices and be quite fair (but stern) with nazi like order at times.

Anyway, what do you do for full body? Anything involving a bosu ball? or a mexican posing as a bosu?

2-3 days missing the gym i just go on as usual continue my routine but if like i miss 2 weeks for example, i start with an upper body workout go medium weight on chest, back, then light weight for shoulders and arms, the next day i'll do legs and abs, then rest one day, then start my usual split routine.

I just return to my program as normal. I try to do whatever workout I haven't done in the longest.

This is one of the main advantages of using an Upper/Lower split. If I miss a few days it's very easy to get back on track, as opposed to trying to cram 3 bodypart-split days into one session.
