I catch up with a long ass gym session
I just go back to my routine as normal and forget about it
I dont even workout, so this poll is of little concern to me
I try to train a little harder during my next session, thats all.


Does anyone else do this? I think its a retarded habit that i have and cant seem to break away from. Lets say i miss 2 days straight of training, come day 3 i feel guilty and i freak out. so i'll hit 4 muscle groups and call it even. but i know im selling myself short because im not hitting each group as intensely that way. Anyway, just trying to get an idea of what most people do after brief lazy bouts.

2-3 days missing the gym i just go on as usual continue my routine but if like i miss 2 weeks for example, i start with an upper body workout go medium weight on chest, back,then light weight for shoulders and arms, the next day i'll do legs and abs,then rest one day, then start my usual split routine.
