475 then I have to use staggered to go higher. I've started shrugging again with double overhand over 500 and I can tell its transitioning over well on back days

130 kilos plus whatever the short bar weighs... maybe 140-145 kilos (which is actually not that far from my max). But DAMN I'm not going to be pushing that limit again. I can feel my forearms will be DOMS-ridden tomorrow, and barely having a grip with that much weight ready to slide down my shins after relocating my kneecaps isn't something I want to come close to again.

440lbs for a single. Think i did 308lbs for 15 reps then switched to mixed for another 5 before my body collapsed, lol. Have rack pulled 500lbs doh though. Best one handed deadlift without a hook is about 300lbs.

405 for 10 without straps. I drop it for a second and regrip every rep. otherwise maybe 3 without straps if I never regripped. with straps Im good for 495 for 6-8. and I always have gone double overhand. I had a friend tear a bi doing over under. I was there and watching it(because I never do over/under) and saw the fucker tear. really scary looking. the guy has never been the same since...

I could maybe hit 350 for a single with double overhand. I just recently did 225x12 on SLDLs and it was killer.

Maybe another important stat in this thread, to make it all relative, what you can max? I can hit the 350 double overhand, but with straps my current PR is 415. So my grip strength is close to my relative dead strength.

I only use overhand when I do sumos , which is rare, and I'm good for 365 for a few but the rom is short. Traditional stance maybe 365 once or twice. Hard to keep a straight back with that grip.
