kind of unorthodox to do triceps with legs.

typically you do one of the following:

    chest & tris
    or
    back & tris
    or
    bis & tris
    or
    shoulders, bi's & tris

I would combine triceps with your back...leave legs as a day on the own

if yoe are trying to get bigger tri's try prioritizing them. Hit them on the first day of the week that you w/o so that you are mostes rested. Here is an idea:

    mon-chest/tris
    tues-back/bi's
    wed-arms
    thurs-legs
    fri-shoulders
    sat nad sun-rest
